Concrete Block Factory
Industrializing buildings based on national standards, KSM, Technological and Engineering co, established its concrete block factory in 2010 close to one of its own mines. Using the most modern machineries and the most experienced staff, the factory is presently one of the best concrete block manufacturers in Iran. It has enough capacity to manufacture concrete blocks that meets not only KSM projects’ but also the other customers’ needs
The factory manufactures different types of blocks in various sizes.
Light Blocks:
One of the newest and most significant concrete products of this factory is the light block in which light mineral grains pvk, sand and cement are used.
The factory uses four (4) stone breaker machines, five (5) screening devices, three (3) sand washing machines and two feeder devices for the production of different types of sand and gravels, all of which meet national Standard.
A major part of product is used in concrete factory.
Semi-light Blocks:
According to the national standard principle 7782, the accumulated weight range of the non-weight-bearing semi-light blocks is from 1700 to 2000 kg on square meters. On the other hand, the pressure resistance of these blocks has to be at least 60 kg per square centimeter.
Heavy Blocks:
These blocks are used in weight-bearing walls such as lots, pools and the like. According to the national standard principle 70-1, the accumulated weight range of the heavy blocks is from 2000 to 2400 kg on square meters. According to this standard, the minimum pressure resistance of such weight-bearing blocks should not be less than 120 kg per square centimeters.
