Imam Ali 3 residential complex will be located in Javadabad, Southern Tehran province. It is accessible through Rey highway.
General description
The complex will be constructed in an area of about 13,000 square meters of a total of 55,200 square meters gross area and will contain153 houses. The 1-to-2-story villas will range from 80 to 120 square meters. There will be 37 business buildings as well.
Specific details
The houses will have steel pitched soundproof roofs as well as false ceilings. CLC walls and UPVC double glazing windows will be used in these houses. The drainage systems of the buildings will also be connected to the public sewer system.
