The complex is located in Alamdeh, Royan, Mazandaran province, in the North of the country. The complex is accessible both by air (Tehran airport-Noshahr airport) and land (Chaloos and Haraz roads).

The complex, under construction in an area of about 11,500 square meters, contains 3 apartment blocks.There are 8 floors in each block; each has 40 units, which have 1 to 5 bedrooms. Each block also has a parking lot which has space for 64 cars.
