The tower will be constructed in an area of about 3200 square meters with infrastructure 58000 square meters and totally 30 floors. (5 floors parking lot, 7 floors business, 4 floors commercial, 3 floors restaurant and hall, 2 floors play town , one floor sport, one floor meeting place, 3 floors hotel and 4 floor VIP)
Specific details
The roofing includes polystyrene and joist blocks , all of which were manufactured in the company’s own plant.False ceilings have been used in the bathrooms.CLC walls and UPVC double glazing windows have been used in the buildings.
